Royal Landscape Nursery recently completed another Commercial Landscape and Irrigation install on a Multi-family project located in Lake Nona, Florida. This nearly 315,100 sq. ft. multi-family community will feature over 250 living units. This project consisted of over 15,000 plants, 400+ trees/palms, and 40,000 square feet of turf. We loved working alongside the award-winning, national construction management firm DeAngelis Diamond on this one.

Royal Landscape is on schedule to meet an early summer 2021 grand opening date for The Blake at Hamlin - a new assisted living and memory care community located at 4814 Hamlin Groves Trail - North of Hamlin Town Center in the fast-growing Horizon West area of Orange County, Florida. The Blake at Hamlin will provide 101 units comprised of 33 memory care and 68 assisted living - within an 88,000 square foot, two-story building.

We recently completed a large commerical landscape and irrigation project called Minneola Hills. Minneola Hills - the first and only multifamily community in Minneola (Lake County, Florida). Located at 100 Hillside Park Street in Minneola, Florida, the 297-unit Minneola Hills is part of the extensive Hills of Minneola planned unit development project, which includes single-family homes, a town center, and Publix Super Market.
This is one of the new projects we will be working on in 2023/2024. This 19-acre multifamily project is located in Temple Terrace, Florida.
